SCREEENSHOT: 127 Hours
April 11th, 2012 by Julienne SchaerPossibly the best shot of James Franco I’ve ever taken.

Possibly the best shot of James Franco I’ve ever taken.

As with most professional photographers, we just have to shoot cute sunset shots when there is such good foreground lighting.

Afraid of heights like I am, it’s funny that I always get the assignment to shoot from a catwalk or go up in some rickety cherry picker or stand over some harrowing ledge.

Who wouldn’t choose this fabulous shot of a man with a dog.

I hadn’t met the psychoanalyst Smadar before the shoot and when she arrived my assistant and I looked at each other and smiled – slam dunk!!

Construction sites are a bit like a movie set, lots of complicated wiring and props with the workers often standing around watching someone else move.

Still trying to figure out my new iPhone, apparently I took the shot backwards or something. BTW that’s Camille my labradoodle in the reflection of my sunglasses.

Tropical colors both natural and man-made, surrounded by electrical wires – my perfect travel shot.

My crime scene shooting is never far from my mind as it has trained my eye to also see the darker side of human life.

My new underwater camera is rather nifty.
